Our Story

A gluten free diet gave me a healthy belly - then came the happy mindset.

I started eating gluten free 6 months after graduating college. I had gained weight that was not typical for me, and my stomach was constantly in agony. I couldn’t bare the pain anymore, but what was worse was being “missing in action” at every get together with friends. After finding out I had one of two alleles for Celiac’s Disease and at minimum a non-Celiac gluten sensitivity, I transitioned to a strict gluten free diet to get my gut back in check. Now I cheat and eat gluten from time to time because, well... chocolate croissants! That being said, what really drives me to continue a gluten free diet is the incredible benefits it has on my mental health. Mental health disorders are something I have seen many around me struggle with, and the universe did not count me out with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD.) What many people don’t know is that gluten and overall gut health have a direct correlation to mental health, and that is where our mission begins.

Our Mission

It is important to end the stigma around mental health disorders, and provide backing for more research through a positive outlet.

Let’s just call it what it is - mental health comes with a lousy stigma, but why? I for one think mental health disorders often make individuals more caring, understanding, and able to relate to others on a far deeper level. That is why every MindFULL Table product donates a percentage of the purchase price to mental health research and awareness. We also hope that our brand can help bring a sense of awareness to mental health all on its own! This crazy world we live in can test all of our mental wellness, but we hope this brand starts a community of individuals who know they are not alone.
